Applying Total Human Care to IT business

Total human care is a new concept in medical field where a doctor observes one's patient as one total human being including one's hobby etc so that one can learn a background of the disease more closely and also acheive more hearty care for patients.When I learned this concept through my volunteer medical activity,I started thinking that our IT companies would be more considerate for their employees and recognize more about their backgound to avoid forcing them unreasonabe job.
